About Us
What is MOST?Mensa of the Southern Tier of New York (MOST) is local chapter #137 of American Mensa Ltd, which is part of Mensa International. We are included in Region 1 (there are 10 regions in American Mensa Ltd.).MOST is located in upstate New York; it covers a very large section of NY along the Pennsylvania border, and a small section of Pennsylvania.

About MensaMensa is an International organization. The only qualification to become a member is that a person score at or above the 98th percentile on any one of several standard IQ tests. Testing for membership is offered several times during the year. Basic testing is available to the public for ages 14 and up. There is also special testing provided for people whose first language is not English.
